Our 3D Building Services Include:
Full simulation creation
with custom 3D Building, design and detailing, texture creation, land Terra-forming, animations, lite scripting, (programming)
plus consultation on maximizing the virtual world experience in your simulation(s) for you and your visitors.
* Reduced lag Builds.
* Easy access construction.
* Personal one on one service.
* Customized Builds and textures.
* Blue print application, (when available).
We do not out source, sell or transfer the 3D elements we create. Nor do we allow anyone to edit our Builds since they not
only represent you and your company but they also reflect upon our service and abilities. Once all Builds are created they
are yours for as long as your simulation(s) remain in the Second Life ® virtual world*. We can promote your simulation in
the Second Life ® virtual world* if desired for no extra charge.
Our work is based on a weekly time frame with fixed rate pricing of $1,024.00. Each week also comes with an extra day which
can be used at any time afterwords up to 3 months so you have ample time to go through the Build and create a check list of
edits, changes or additions to the Build so it meets all of your full expectations. We expect as many possible references
needed to create what you want to be provided in the form of photos, blueprints and literature. The more information you can
provide the better we can serve you. Our aim is not to merely satisfy but to impress you and your visitors.
Payment may be made by either check or PayPal, (+3% on PayPal), we do provide receipts for your tax purposes. All work we
do complies with and is limited to the Terms of Service and the Community Standards as set forth by the Second Life ® virtual world*.

We also add custom creations for greater authenticity, these items are a part
of the main Build at no extra charge. We do not provide the standard items, we specialize in creating a world as unique as
your needs are.

Our Service Will Help You Avoid These Common Errors:
1.) The first error is to create landing point in the middle of a simulation with signs around it and pathways leading to
a different building at the end of each path. This common mistake is made by many to attempt to lead visitors by the hand
across vast empty space, this is poor design as well as boring. The ideas of reality and imagination are not even considered
in this design.
2.) The open air lecture area, class room or theater. When visitors come this area will most likely not be in use allowing
them to view a waste of space. There are several techniques to overcome this eye sore and still have an open air location
which is effective.
3.) The ban line effect. This is a great way to tell visitors they are not welcome. If you have something to show, show it.
If you have something to hide it can be hidden without ruining the aesthetic value of your simulation with ban lines.

4.) The "A camp fire would look good here" nonsense. If you are making a vacation get away simulation then yes camp fires
are nice but not located just anywhere. They must be placed with all angles of view in mind. If your simulation is based on
a real life business or an educational institution you do not need a camp fire.
5.) The "Let's make a river just to put a bridge over it" epidemic. Remember we can fly in virtual reality so bridges are
not needed. If you must have a river and must have a bridge over it then it should be a bridge not a chunk of wood. The possibilities
are endless from realistic to imaginative yet functional.
6.) The artist gone mad architecture. While the process of experimentation is very enjoyable, the results are usually scary.
This form of presentation can easily distract from your other simulation goal oriented content. Everything including art has
it's place but more importantly all elements must have a certain level of recognizability to be understood as what they are
intended to represent or your visitors will be uncomfortable and leave unimpressed.

If your simulation has any of these common errors do not worry, do not feel bad, these errors are all over many virtual worlds.
Just send us an email
and we can bring your custom needs and vision into your simulation without the same old prefab builds and ideas that everyone
else uses.
